-Sledgehammer being way too insane at destruction for a melee weapon all classes can equip
-Snipers are too easy to use in terms of bullet drop and travel. They also lack flinch. This plus the range finder is the easiest sniping among all the frostbite BF games (since bad company 2)
-I think class locking the snipers to recon in open weapons gives that class more of an identity overall. I prefer locked weapons in general but that particular weapon type is the most class defining by a mile. If open weapons is the more played playlist I'd at least like that element of the weapon sandbox to not be breached by an assault using a spawn beacon, sniper, and m4a1.
-Smokes being locked to support is a bit iffy

What is going to ruin Battlefield's future titles is the fact that EA is a company with 8 billion in debt and 48 billion in value this is acquired by a government and 2 private companies for 55+ billion dollars.

The net debt of the company will be 20 billion after the merger. This will force this new EA to have to do something to cut costs and make a higher profit margin quickly.

The companies involved in the merger have also touted AI as being a major potential avenue to cut costs for the reality of the debt this merger has. On top of this obvious massive layoffs.

In no realm should you think a buy out that makes a company go from private equity (which is not that great tbf) to fully private by 2 U.S companies and a Saudi government is a good idea when that idea nets 20 billion dollars in debt they intend to "handle" with A.I and layoffs.
