So turns out a 5060ti can run bf6 at 1440p on ultra settings and hit a steady 108fps.
Only game I've seen in recent years with better optimization is Atomfall.

I have been playing battlefield 3 campaign using the nvidia app to add a HDR filter, and extra sharpening (on a RTX5090) and the game looks amazing . The people's faces still look funny though. Not sure if you remember how they just could never make a persons eyes look real in games back then lol

Yeah that's how BF has always been. There've only really been two excellent campagins - BFBC2 and BF3. Before BFBC battlefield didn't even have a campaign.

Yeah MP is great and they've really delivered beyond expectation coming to campaign since they did not make any for last game they should've came up with something better or nothing at all, quality over quanity, I never bothered about lack of campaign in BF2042 except for game itself, but really this is putting a negative shadow on the game itself.

I'm just mad about them fictionalizing real war stories that real people risked their lives for and then making up a different narrative around them. Like the heavy water plant one specifically kinda makes me mad because there were actual people who risked their lives and DICE in their infinite wisdom decided to just make up a story about a mom and her daughter. Plus there were SO MANY REAL STORIES about women in WWII that they could have told and would have really given a voice to people who aren't talked about as much and they decided to just make shit up instead.

And by the end of 15 years you can re-hash the original and boom, infinite cycle

But i'd for sure reduce hud (too bad that they didn't put nmirh2 objective display), and work on map rotation (avoiding some maps that people don't like + add special gameplay like air superiority or armored battle). Wasn't a huge fan of lib peak either on beta.... Only reason it wasn't the worst beta map was because empire state existed
