It still splits the development team resources developing two sections of the same game. ITs a classic issue that alot of games suffer from. Cod is a great example of that where they ended up focusing primarily on BR but neglected the main game. Or Guildwars where the focused on PVE content and left PVP largely to rot.

Could have low ROF and high dmg like the SCAR in past games and vice versa. Other things to consider like bloom. Could be missing more of the picture to really give a concrete answer. Also, there will just be shit guns in the game anyways. Some are often early unlocks.
The only "meta" gun(for an unreleased unfinished game lol) was the M4A1 which may be nerfed on release. I know the assault shotgun was for sure nerfed.

There were there initially for engi to use in past games. Carbines were more for short to medium combat rather than medium to long like all other rifles. This was back when closed weapons were a thing. With open weapons I dont think it matter either way, it can just be another label with slightly different stats. Cronus will it no have as easily, the recoil pattern are not really readable in bf and moving so there is more bloom or spread, which is a skill you need to get used to, when you should shoot. All their scripts work fine for games with the same recoil pattern or which got laserbeaming guns without any script like r6, cod, apex and delta force

As there's no killcam to check their aim, it's impossible to say. Sometimes I saw movments differents than actualités screen like the guy reloads but in facts hé shots me, or sometimes he watches another way but shoots me. Nothing cheating, mostly bad sync

As long as you don’t play on a 100/100 sense on sticks and are really used to it, there will always the disadvantage of turning around, aiming higher/lower or flicking on enemies. Ok lowkey i got an issue with bf6, smoke grenades locked to support is not a good idea. As mainly a medic and general support player locking smokes to only support will cause issues for other classes. Assault is a push class, what do they do if they can't push up without being seen by tanks or snipers? And recon using smokes to get out of tight situations ect.

Keep in mind. You getting annoyed by a weapon all the time is perfectly valid but I feel as if you looked at the metagame and understood why people were using the ACE 52 you would look at it differently.

I get annoyed getting killed by the same gun all the time, Like the pp29. But that gun is problematic because of its massive capacity and DPS. Not because every class can arm it. Because I see lots of people using the PBX to do well. Their roles but in a different manner.
