Auto spotting does make sniper bros useful, but having it require more effort with more cost to do such spotting is not a bad change.

Casper's drone for example is great for spotting at range, but if someone can hit it then it goes down quick and has a long cooldown, also has a countermeasure.

when we think of recon what do we most likely refer to in bf ? A sniper right ? well what if i told you a sniper team is more than one person .....so you have a sniper and a spotter ......spotter call out targets , while the sniper eliminates those targets .......then what are spec ops teams ? i mean you could even say infiltration teams are in fact spec ops recon units . so i mean recon is defined by many factors .......some use marksmen rifles instead of high powered rifles ........some are semi auto and some are bolt action......some even use smg's and supressed weaponry in key missions.

I think the only issue I had, was the fact you can't talk with other squads, this was REALLY useful for me as a pilot in the old games

Why would I buy a skin I can only use 1/8 of the time in the entire game? You can't choose your faction and you can't choose your class most of the time too due to your team's needs If I buy a Pax recon skin there is a chance I won't ever get to use that because I will be forced to play as NATO or my team is overran by vehicles so I will be forced to switch to engineer, or switch to assault in order to cap objectives faster, class locked skins will lead to less MTX sales

If they do then it has to be with stuffs like Civil War (2024), Ghost Recon, Splinter, Rainbow Six, SEAL Team, etc otherwise they would be pissing off the fanbase if they do a collab with let's say Aliens or Predators

1: (the main reason let's be real) money. If you buy a skin for one class and want a skin for another class you will fork out more money.
2: Minor game balance. Being able to identify what a class is visually should be something players can do imo.

I think each skin will be for all 4 classes, that makes sense and will be following what they have done with the drops/earnable skins - they are for all 4 classes and for both factions, so a skin would be for all of them is my guess

I have a very strong feeling based on how the skins are rn and how labs is based on leaks that they will class lock skins. They will make more money this way.
