Recon has been reduced to hanging out in spawn with a beacon and a sniper rifle hoping to hit a 200m headshot. For some, tanks are the same way. Battlefield 6 tanks are defo much better at killing people with splash damage compared to 2042. I think it’s balanced in the sense of more opportunities to kill but also you could die in a second if you don’t play your cards right

That’s a bad take. The reason HD2 is doing well is because they have dedicated lore masters guiding the updates of the game and the players actions actually effect the plot. Thats why it’s successful. Nothing to do with the battle pass
