If you want a genuine response, I still think BO7 is on thin ice, and BF6 holds the clear edge. Yes, many fans were left disappointed by the beta’s selection of maps, however after the fact DICE has made several points to actually improve the game.

They mentioned slowing movement down in order to keep things a little more grounded and to stop movement spam such as jump sliding. They’re looking into fixing TTK and TTD desync so players feel like a death wasn’t unreasonable or too quick. They’re also retuning vehicles so they can perform better.

We also got a new trailer today demonstrating a lot of the larger maps and some features a lot of players would be on the lookout for, especially optimization, as Battlefield games are usually trickier to run. We also got to see an extensive vehicle count in the trailer, which also promises more than what we were shown

So far DICE and other studios have done a lot to communicate with the playerbase on what is happening with BF6 and where they want to go with it. David Sirland especially has been vocal on social media about changes between builds.

BO7 looks to bring over a lot of what COD fans have been bemoaning with recent titles, and the response to cosmetics and how they’ll carry over feels less like a genuine statement to improve the thematic elements of the game and more of a bandaid “we’re very sowwy”

In BF 2042 Servers will kill themselves when they emptied. So they tried to make sure this will not happen in BF6. So it means you can create a one and it will be hosted even when there will be no one playing.

Big battles depends on what the remaining maps are like

Tactical gameplay is required to play well given map sizes and player counts, but players have always been able to change the outcome of battles, it’s one of the main things I love about bf too

I was not entirely satisfied with the gunplay mechanics with bf4 for example, but it's still by far my favorite game, and I found out that BF6 is better in this matter and the battlefield tactical gameplay is even better now so it's very promising. Will it be perfect? No, it's a game... but does it gather a big community over common interests? Yes! It's a great success already, whatever anyone says.
