Temps do not go over 60-63C GPU/CPU

It launches fine. Then randomly my fans RAMP up and the screen goes black. I have to shut the PC off from the PSU. I did fresh driver install with DDU. I have tried many things online. NOTHING IS HELPING! (Can't afford a new GPU) It runs other games just fine med-high.
