Activition could sell bags of shit and people would still buy it.

I've played bf 1 the most, why? Because of the tone, the atmosphere, the story, how they treated this game with so much respect because the devs knew this would be the only triple A world war one game for decades, every map you load on to and just explore sets the stage for what it's trying to represent, all the maps are slightly edited real life terrain from the war, the behemoths add a level of depth and fear, the way the campaign portrayed heroism on the same scale of loss. The music and sound design man, hearing those soldiers screaming after taking a sector, the ramping up of the music, explosive combat. Battlefield 6 will be nothing like that, but I hope in their new portal mode they can bring some of that back.
