This goes for everything. If it's not explicitly stated in an official public post then it's NDA

Ganslinger gets enough pings as is, don't trouble him any more than people already are if you can help it.

The forums are the best places to go, I've had several things changed in 2042 that aligned almost word for word with changes I suggested, so they do definitely look at those spots.

But do understand though that even if you think the idea is golden, they won't make a special case for you.
