Make sure to enable FSR Quality, that should reduce GPU load in any game that supports it.
On top of that, try to put settings on low, but in BF games the most intensive settings usually are located at the bottom of the graphics menu.
Settings like texture settings, texture filtering, undergrowth and terrain usually don't do much becides increasing VRAM usage and you have plenty of that on your GPU.
Also, not sure you are allowed to publicly talk about performance so I wouldn't anymore to be on the safe side.

Frostbite Engine runs much better then Unreal Engine. It's more difficult to work with, that has been proven when 2042 wasn't able to duplicate destruction/animation/physics from older titles like BFV, BF1 and older.
They just need the right people in the development team. Google "Star Wars Battlefront Real Life Mod - 4K 60FPS Jackfrags", watch that and then try to think of any game in the past 9 years that mathes these graphics.
But with the right talent, it can look and run better then any other Engine ( only comparing with games that offers simular scale and physics ).

I recommend Nvidia driver version 566. 36 from December 2024. All those weird issues will be gone.. For example this Battlefield crash while scoping.
