I would like a good Battlefield experience that is maintained for a long time. A premium system has a finite lifetime (generally), whereas a live service game can be extended indefinitely. Granted the flip-side of that coin is that you can also end support whenever.

While the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over again expecting things to change (if we are to trust a Far Cry 3 individual at least), I would almost prefer live service because there is that potential chance of a long-term support stretching long past the predefined lifetime of a premium system.

The main thing I want from a game...is an easy way to play with friends/clan mates. 2042 started out bad, but added a lot of what is needed. But id love for clans/platoons to be supported. Kinda like the clan feed in BF4 Battlelog.

I can also see why proxy chat wouldn't be in battlefield.
The games that have tend to include them by necessity of death having a bigger consequence. In Arma Reforger you have prox chat to prevent people from dying since dying can take your out of the game space for up to 2 minutes + 10 minutes of driving to get back to the fight.
In battlefield when you die, you're out for 10 seconds max so all your teammate would have to doe is hunker down for a moment and you're back in.

I'm interested in hearing about the setting for the game and which factions will be present. I've always hoped that DICE would do a NATO vs. MEC vs. PAC type of setting, so we get some similar dynamics that BF4 had, with the factions being mixed up depending on the map.

i just don't want "weapon barrel inertia" like IW introduced in MWII. A similar mechanic to Insurgency Sandstorm's aiming. Feels too "milsim" for an arcadey FPS like Battlefield.
