been curious about vibrant visuals for a while
fully assumed that reno wouldn't work lol
its easier than Java because DX12 instead of OpenGL.
but compared to the diverse shaderpacks, this is only alright in comparison.
however, it does live up to its bugginess. I wonder how much FPS you'll get.
could you post the vibrant visuals tonemapping shader?
I accounted for all colorgrading i think. Then I ditched the SDR tonemapper.

sure. do tell how many FPS you get. I get like 80 but it feels like 40. the swapchain/present or whatever is so busted for bedrock idk.

for the future, what is the preferred way?
ive been releasing on nexus since updates/versions are managed. else, i'd just drop it in discord tbh.
It's useful for RDXC tool: Right now for Bedrock it directs to download from discord, which is the least convenient imo
(the button just sends you to the server in general, as an invite link, so you have to search for the mod yourself in channels, then download and drag and drop it into RDXC)
Nexus is kinda halfway, it directs you to mods page at least, @vast orchid is still brainstorming how to integrate it better.
Snapshots are the easiest, it just downloads them with a click, but obviously not everyone has them.
Wiki entry for bedrock mod will send to nexus and not in discord. Rank added it as an override link on his end, but it doesn't seem to work for me idk.
so I'll probably just add it to wiki for easier access
i'll just take away the override and make sure it matches the wiki once it's up

I can't for the life of me install this. Tried taking ownership of folders and still no go. Any help would be appreciated?
taking ownership should be easiest, but if not you can try manual ReShade injection https://guides.martysmods.com/reshade/installing/reshademanualinjection/
the easiest way is through RHI/RenoDXChecker
I had issues myself before that
Manually I had to extract reshade64.dll from the installer and place it in the folder, because otherwise it just wouldn't install
xbox games are problematic for that
okay so the RHI/RenoDXCHecker worked! reshade and reno show up in game, the only issue now is the game is the settings dont change much, analysis says brightness is locked to 203 despite messing with sliders. THis is probably something so simple I overlooked
switching off of vibrant visuals allows the brightness to go up a bit but the sliders still don't do anything

Tonemapper should be set to RenoDRT/ACES and not Vanilla (it appears if the settings are set to more advanced levels)
I changed peak brightness and left the rest at default
then it looks like the shaders are not being replaced. i made it a while ago, they prob updated it.
after disintalling reshade and reno dx game grash
if i reinstall it it works
even with only reshade it crash, it works only with renodx installed
optiscaler? i have no idea why its crashing... it should easier to launch w/o renodx. maybe save your worlds and reinstall. bugrock moment idk.
getting this with the version 26.13 and reshade 6.7.3. only happens when reno is active and flipping through the toggles doesnt seem to do much
still happening? dont know if new updates changed pipeline or shaders. I'd have to update the mod prob.
It was last night. They might have, there were a bunch of new settings I haven't seen, hadn't played in a few updates
@sinful zodiac the mod got broken with updates, I changed it to wip on the wiki with a note
