- Implemented LUT Strength control
- Updated HDR Look, re-tuned defaults
- Fixed Augusta's ult letterbox clamping
- Fixed any other random slop issues
- Removed Color Space toggle.
Note:
- There should be no tint difference between vanilla/renoDRT due to LUT sampling by max channel even in troublesome areas.
- Scene grading strength has been split to tonemap strength + LUT strength. Closest behavior to the old slider is to lower tonemap strength and leave LUT strength alone.
- Vanilla+ has not been updated for the new pipeline. You shouldn't need it anyways? just set highlights to 60 if you want a bit more power.
- Game Tone Mapper slider is still there but use it at your own risk, the new pipeline is designed around Kuro (which is just UC2 lmao)

If you want to get rid of ReShade CPU overhead, use Special K's Low Latency framerate limiter or make sure ReShade is in compatibility mode.
Then SK will limit framerate after ReShade adds its overhead instead of before.

It's actually from NIS + Negative LOD Bias. So weird. Was never an issue before.

you don’t really need sharpening with dlss 4.5 tho
DLSS also requires specific negative LOD bias values to function correctly
and AF should work fine as long as you are not forcing it
AF is famously broken in this game. You have to force it in driver. But that is also broken for 50 series in particular.
The LOD Bias was the alternate means of forcing it on 50 series
the quality preset controls the AF afaik

gamma correction 2.2 seems to not work correctly. game is slightly washed out as gamma changes apply only on the dark parts of the image. 2.4 seems to work fine. could be wrong tho. just something i noticed

Personally I am setting my Dynamic FG target to 120 because it doesn't use fractional multipliers and I don't want to go outside of my monitor's 240Hz Gsync range.
So if set to 120 target if it goes to 119 FG will come on and go up to 238fps which is still in my sync range.

augusta move rn feels a bit weird cause back before some part of the move would be blinding bright but it's kinda more "flat" now
- use the latest versions in the pins
- turn on ray tracing
- turn off any slop ini configs that might generate random shaders

I'm having trouble getting the RenoDX HDR add-on (renodx-wutheringwaves.addon64) to work with Wuthering Waves. It seems to be failing to load due to a version mismatch with my current ReShade setup.
I am currently using ReShade version 6.6.0.
Here is the relevant snippet from my ReShade log:

It looks like the plugin was compiled for an older ImGui version that ReShade 6.6.0 no longer supports.
My questions are:
1、Is there an updated version of this RenoDX plugin available that supports ReShade 6.6.x?
2、if not, could anyone let me know which specific older version of ReShade I should downgrade to for this add-on to work properly?

My laptop’s a Legion Pro 7i Gen 10. When I follow the guide and crank the HDR content brightness slider to 100, the factor shown in that VESA tools is 1.03. But then everything—games and HDR videos—looks really dim. Is that normal?

Sorry I don't know how to reset EDID. I just followed the guide, deleted all the calibration files, and rebooted the system.
In the advanced monitor info section, I can see this screen’s certification info.
And the info shown in VESA tools looks correct too.

then for games you need to handle it correctly
by changing the settings in game
aka raising the game brightness
the point of getting the correct brightness factor is to get your display to track correctly
so if you set 250 in game brightness there is no shenanigans
if videos are dim then because yes that is the actual intention

Well, I got Linux on LeGo2, I got lossless scaling to work, now just to get Reno to work.
Tried out Death Stranding so far, max resolution, very high settings with FSR2 on Quality, its 60-80 FPS
I wish I could get optiscaler to work and use something better than FSR2 lmao.

You have to use DLSS fix for reno games that dont have native hdr when using FG
Its working for me I swapped it using DLSS Swapper. DLSS fix does not work if you have a driver level dlss override.
i used dlss swapper.. strange... it just refuses to switch framegen really on...
