In the fight against Tallassa Mare, all the parries, it doesn't matter if it's normal or perfect with the 'perfect parry' skill, simply neither of them gives the regeneration effect, no matter the level or amount, at least 99 percent of the time, the parry won't give you the regeneration effect.

That's normal, when you get hit by her at any point you receive an effect that blocks all healing for a certain amount of time (can't remember if it's Abyssal Fear or Abyssal Burn as one of them is just DOT)
You'd have to open ur inv to quickly check if you have that effect

when you get this effect, an icon appears on the right bar (just above the mana one) as you can see at the start of the video, I believe this is actually a bug

Just wondering, by the "regeneration effect" do you mean the vanilla regeneration effect or the parry reward that heals you for a set amount?

Hard to say if it's a bug since the boss' negative effect seems to block all healing sources, including parry rewards, though sometimes the status hud doesn't seem to render properly
