me and 2 other friends (3 total) are playing the modpack, we are on the sea ocean resonance stone
however when two of us try to right click it, it wont work or give us the quest, saying we are not destined, we went to a ocean biome thinking maybe it was that but nothing.

You have to go to the overworld via the Ferry girl, after I did that I was able to use the stone
