#loading issue, won't let me play anything

None of the level images are loading and when it gets to loading the background it completely stops. It won't let me play anything.

It has:
your ip address
datacenter address (generally a big city close to you)
your country
some basic info about your device altho it's not needed

If you are too worried about your privacy you can either dm, open a ticket or just not send the data at all
