first, a player good at playing pjsk usually have a high handspeed
and won't have much difficulty about playing this chart.
(I'm not one of those tho... sob)
it's clearly easier than The EmpErroR, so the base is Lv...let's say, 30?
however the song is long, so I would rate as a 31.(bc long songs cause stamina issues)
tips to make your chart even better
- the notes appear bit suddenly.(at least for me)
I would change the 1× timing if I were you.
- some kind of prediction(example: memoria APPEND) is necessary here,
bc the player's fingers start from the left and right ends
