Hibikase [APPEND] - Feedback? + Level Rating?

Finished the chart but I want some feedback incase of any needed changes and level rating so people will know if it's too difficult for them or not

i feel like this is a 29-low 30 append(?? i dont know for sure )
honestly really cool chart, there’s like an insane amount of creativity here, like the part at 0:42 looks so cool
although i think there might be too many traces in some parts (e.g 0:22 & 0:52, but you should keep a few parts like that)

and the intro/outro are both really symmetrical, while it is nice in individual sections, having a big section be symmetrical might make the gameplay very repetitive as you don’t move your fingers side to side as often

oh yeah also the chorus is also really well charted, something like that could probably be official

ty! I do think there are too many trace notes sometimes, but some parts I feel like needed to have trace notes to emphasize the music and beat, bc that was kind of what I was going for with this one, but the final note count was like 1700 or something lmao so I do need to cut it down just a bit and I just vibe to hibikase as of current.

but yeah I didn’t think the note count would be as high as it is, so if I had to cut down a few of the trace notes, I’m unsure which ones to cut down (except for the ones you timestamped so far, I’ll edit those), and i did plan to change the symmetry parts to give it more free movement since I sort of didn’t know what to do for the outro at one point

and ty for the chorus mention! That was my favourite part to do when charting it all

I might just need some extra time stamps for where the changes need to be made

and because for me when I create these, I’m never really sure if changes are needed or not, but I also feel like when changes are needed, I feel odd knowing that I shouldn’t have added a certain thing or not but that’s just a me problem

yeah honestly i do feel weird sometimes too when getting critique generally, but you’re definitely doing mostly good things
i can’t say much about chart making specifically though not many people have seen mine as of yet

i just looked at it again and i just realized how much the other sections with a lot of traces match the song’s sound well
i’d say 0:14 & 0:27/1:49 (they’re the same part) are parts where you can remove the traces and the rest are probably good since they match the song well

also i don’t know what the feature is called in mikumikuworld but in the nextsekai editor you can get traces in hold notes and “attach” them, making them look a lot more visually smooth uh i’ll probably get a picture here soon

i don’t know how it works in mmw but i think you’ll have to manually put a lot of traces as part of the hold notes and attach them

also i don’t know how i didn’t mention this but the gold hold notes coming in and the characters at 1:37 were really smooth that was cool

i don't think that i've been able to do the attach trace notes as part of the hold notes on mmw, but i know a similar way that I can do it, i've done it before, so i can def fix that
