(I measured using a metronome
and there were 8 taps in one tick of a metronome, which means 32 divisions)
there's a pjsk ULTIMATE song named Sanity krush(SAN値直葬, MASTER 33)
known for its sudden 32 division spamming with 168bpm,
but yours is far faster(200bpm)...
this is equal to forcing players to deal with more than ten
200bpm/16 division notes in a row with ONE FINGER.
(what is more, doing this with both hands)
faster spamming than the buggy sound part of my Menhera chart(MASTER 35)
and I suppose only a few gifted players can handle this,
so I STRONGLY recommend nerfing this spamming to a 24-division spamming.
If you don't nerf the spam part:
Won't be under MASTER 34(or APPEND)
If the spam part is nerfed to 24-division:
MASTER32-33(still very fast and long.
Planet Hero(low 33) has a spam part with the same speed and near length
so this part would be around that Lv)
The idea of expressing the noise part with expanding holds/spams is great though,
keep it up!

I consider charts so fast that it can't be handled with 2 fingers
(e.g. 32 division spamming intended to be handled with
repetition of right index→left index→right middle→left middle)
as an "APPEND"(or MASTER37, the example above is my mayhem chart's last part btw)

24 div? if so it's okay for a MASTER as well as an APPEND
a 24 div spam with 200bpm is somewhat kinda a "special attack"
as long as the chart's Lv is not very high!
(I use them frequently though)
