Portal still doesn't work

It's like the same issue as before. In the second level, the graphics go straight to flashing lights warning, and some way into the elevator of the second level, it freezes for all eternity

I think another issue is that the game doesn't download all the maps I think it's meant to be 2 levels

It appears that the browser will not store all of the data required for lightmaps and textures.
[The console kept telling me my cache was full and the in-game console kept saying that it could not find most of the sounds or textures.]
