the legacy bot won't be needed in this server, but it was a good excuse to get a nice backup of the bot just in case slash commands has unforeseen issues

pinging @blissful trout here, so they know any communication I may not be awake for. Bilka has done a lot to keep the bot up to date.

nothing in particular, I would imagine some people will get confused at first, but the bot does inform them of the new command instead. In that first 1-hour window (when the slash commands are not fully updated), this will be the most confusing. All we can do is shrug and wait.

I just spent a few hours making an animated avatar for blueprint bot, only to find out that bots can't have animated avatars....

if re-inviting fixes the commands, I'll need to add a note for people to see....
of the servers I checked, only 2 didn't have the commands. Its not clear to me if it is a permissions issue or just have to wait

I suspect maybe there is some permission issue in common amongst the servers that don't have the bot working, but I have no idea. discord made it confusing

Small issue I'm seeing is that it will eat any attachments passed to the slash command. Would linking to the original attachment in the bot's message be an option?

Although, I could keep the attachment hidden, as an option for people that want to hide the string for whatever reason. Would people want that, or more likely prefer the attachment exposed?

True, but isn't there some people that delete their blueprint after creating the image? Or are they deleting the string to reduce clutter?

Yeah, true, I can add the attachment link then
I'm thinking of adding the username at the top to every blueprint anyways, so I can do it where if you click on the username for any blueprint, it will take you to the string
