so one the picture (on the bottom is my base means automatic inserter,belts,... production) and i did researched nearly everything of green and red bottles because im there but i rushed the technology and yea dont know what to do now, on the picture at the top is a bigger iron copper and stone area and 9552% oil and now i dont know where i should begin and in the middle of the picture there is plenty area for a network and yea wanted to ask for advice or a point from where i can begin trianglepupper (its like the tag my first playthrough)

well you could explore in the other directions too, maybe there are closer ore veins
(car and radar helps with that)

next step would either be military science if you have biters enabled
or chemical science, which needs oil

look at the tech tree to see what you need to research to ge tto the next science pack

the main bus is one way of making a base. It's not the most optimal and is not required

"A good one" is whatever gets your resources where they need to be. Main bus, and most overarching strategies, are simply ways to organize your resources and crafting and the better you get at the game, the more you'll just mash stuff together because you know how it works. And it's not like you're just going to ignore having trains just because you make a main bus.

You still gotta move resources from the non-starter patch resource piles to your furnaces
