also a fun fact - ducts were due to graphical limitation.
I thought "what if machine but larger" and made a simple enlarging algorithm. After a bunch of messing with the pipes to make them somewhat stick, I realized it looks completely ass with the vanilla pipes - graphics look downright broken due to larger connections. Then I remembered Fluid Must Flow exists, so I changed my scaling to be exactly 2x and installed Fluid Must Flow to see if it would work, and it did!

is there any chance this can have a setting or an ability or whatever to add the big buildings as a variant building so you can have your cake and eat it too, since big building with like 5x speed for big production, but very big and locked behind maraxsis, seems fair enough to me balance wise
Is this kind of thing what the library is for
not sure if I like the idea of multiple of the same building but diff sizes
and maraxsis is the current issue, yeah, it locks the ducts behind itself
I mean even if it's something I made that's why I'm asking "would the library let me make copies of buildings and make them go Large Mode"
it doesn't make copies by itself, but you could certainly have another mod create copy of a building and then calling my mod to enlarge it
