Would module effects be in the less effort bucket?

module effect is in the 2/ class: already affected by quality but has hardcoded modifier (in this case it uses QualityPrototype::default_multiplier directly)

not touching that, its 1/ group (quality effect does not exist)
also with underground belts i just straight reject that idea at all because different qualities connect to each other and there is some amount of corner cases when ends would be of different quality
One of the problems I hit while on the space platform was getting fuel to "middle" reactors, so the problem solving tree becomes:
-Using existing tools would lead to some sort of longer underground, ghost insert fuel or sushi fuel with another belt
-External modded options would be linked belts / linked chests
ok i am leaving this thread, i said quality undergrounds are not happening, at least not by me. please put requests on that forum's topic for stuff that is reasonable or i may miss it, i would appreciate focusing on stuff that are already affected by quality as i want to make quality more moddable, not extend quality to stuff that were never planned to support quality
Figured, thought it was worth asking so we got an official no. On the note about different quality undergrounds connecting... any chance that could be changed?
