Foreman2 is buggy with Age of Production and its abandoned.
So replacement for it is necessary.

It should support quality bonus in machines, which are ignored in Foreman. That is Savager and Electromechanic Plant don't show that they have quality bonus in Foreman..
You should be able to put multiple types of beacons at once, and not just one, for example I want 4 Transmitters, 8 vanilla beacons and one quantum Stabilizer to affect some machine, and its impossible to do it in Foreman.
It should support arbitrary amount of modules in beacon, as you can't set Quantum Stabilizer beacon to be fully moduled in Foreman (6 modules is max).
It doesn't keep most of settings on restart.

Well currently it lacks a proper GUI, using a terminal UI instead

there's already support for multiple beacons and modules

but I've not implemented quality or even saving anything for now

Yeah, those things could be done later, its more that Foreman2 is bit too limited 😄
