You should set the required version of Factorio in the info.json. It will prevent users with lower versions from downloading it in the in-game mod manager.

Just a small note about the music linked in the credits: While Borodin's music might be public domain because he's been dead for quite a while, the particular recording is certainly not public domain. From a legal perspective, you cannot use that music in your mod.
Tell me if I'm wrong and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra actually released this under public domain.

from what i could find it says only the assets of the orchestra like the name and logo are private

so the recording shouldnt be private

Copyright doesn't work like that. The default is they have the copyright and you can't just copy everything they publish without any license information.

And since you re-publish it, it's not even personal use.

And there is the Youtube license agreement that forbids you to download the content.

I'm not sueing you, just wanted to make sure you know what you are doing.
