Since Krastorio and Space Exploration aren't going to be compatible with Space Age I'll most likely only play Space Age once so I though I'd ask about mod recommendations for it since there might be some I'd only be able to experience with Space Age. Should I get any the addtional planets? Any QOL mods or additional content that would smooth the progression? For refrenace I have basically zero experinece in factorio and my general factory game experience is beating Dyson Sphere Program (with a lot of blueprints) and getting to drones in Satisfactory (also using some modular blueprints showcased by other people but I built them myself before I started using them).

personally i'd recommend an unmodded first run so you don't have mods causing issues for you
I appreciate your concern but as I said I most likely won't be coming back to Space Age so I'd rather have some issues then miss out on content that I wouldn't get to otherwise.
What do you mean by "should I get all the additional planets"? Also +1 for unmodded. The update already introduced a bunch of QOL features into the game so there are no must have ones

Well I should have actually asked if I should get any. But I meant basically what I said, there are mods that add additional premade planets for Space Age .

you can add most of the planets to your ongoing playthrough as you see fit. Id also recommend just doing space age as is (its great) and then if you wnat to do more, add cerys, maraxsis, whatever else sounds cool by then
go with aai industry as some sort of basis expansion (works really well since it was a dependency for k2) and age of production for more layers of machines
