Hover over the achievement and press ctrl-shift-F, then check the field prototype-history to see which mods added/edited the achievement.

I haven't started my map yet, I'm returning to play after 5 years and I've never seen anything like this, the dlc change log is very spread out in other topics and I got lost trying to read it
