#How can I logistic-request different items from different planets?

I'd like to configure my platform to request agricultural_science from Gleba and request processing_unitlow_density_structurerocket_fueliron_plate from Nauvis.
I'm not sure how to do this in the interface. There seems to be a way to configure separate tiers of requests but I don't know how to associate a request tier with a planet.

It sort-of works to leave it as-is, except I noticed it was trying to put iron plates on the Gleba rocket which seems counterproductive. I can stop that specific misbehavior but I'm wondering if there's a more general solution.

cant do it on a logistics group level

#

each request has to be set to a planet individually

#

click on any and look at the bottom of the window that pops up

#

unless i missed something

certain items will automatically select its destination planet

#

like all buildings that can only be made on a planet

#

or sciences too i think

as well as a couple other niche things like coolant barrels

I agree but also not totally sure what I would change. I have a feeling there are improvements they considered that are “useful” at face value but turn out to be a so-called “foot gun” in many cases - a mechanic which players would be likely try to use in ways that actually break automation.

In SE you have to move miscellaneous items around all over the place. I figured out a way to use LTN with circuits to make a train stop that could provide absolutely anything at all, in mixed amounts, from 1 station. SUPER useful for funky science assembled in one place using some ingredients supplied by a big mall in another place. It became very complicated to then make it so a mall-style production area could request some items in bulk AND provide those same items in smaller amounts to other areas. It makes logical sense but until I came up with a solution, items would get picked up from the big provider and then delivered to the dropoff station for the same block.
