well theres multiple issues
the train stop on the wrong side of the rail

fix that first, that should allow the train to at least path to it

Everything needs to be on the RIGHT for the trains direction of travel

A 2 way train also needs locomotives facing both ways

Don't put turrets right against the walls bitters can attack over walls (and flamers have a min range)

Radars only help you see

No relationship with traind cept they help with global circuits that isn't needed for simple trains
