My Friends and i are realy disappointed, that there is no achievement for reaching the destroyed planet. We built a realy large ship and the flight took about 20 Hours only to find out there is absolutly nothing there. No Landing, no text, nothing. We are playing vanilla Space Age.

You're not meant to physically be able to

#

You said yourself

#

It took 20 hours.

#

The lag is likely more than most computers can handle

vague geyser
#

What lag?

#

The entity count of asteroids is insane when you get close
This is going to cause severe lag to many machines

#

They don't think it's fair to make it so you need a better computer to get the achievements

vague geyser
#

Than we need a mode for weak computers.

Ahh yes force more dev time and work for something not intended to do

This i my feedback, take it or leave it.

And this isn't a feedback chat

#

This is a HELP CHAT

#

You asked a question
I am answering it

vague geyser
#

Oh sorry, that one is on me. Can you tell me where i can place my feedback?

sly anchor
#

Gonna tell you. They've already said no

#

They're HARD on that

#

Don't waste your and their time

vague geyser
#

Enough said, thank you for your help.

Getting to the shattered planet isn't meant to be a feasible goal
Not all computers will be able to physically do it
They won't make an achievement something someone can't get with only effort and time

#

These are the reasons they have already gave

As long as it is the only thing you are doing, even older computers can probably manage it since there is not actually that much being simulated when doing so.

DrSuperEvil tested a ship design all the way to the shattered planet core. It is not a big deal other than taking a silly long time of watching asteroids explode at 64x speed.
