i was setting up bio science 1 from SE and i create fish from fertilizer to make it into biosludge for the whole process
but it seems to eat up way too much resources. Was the fish rout a mistake and i should make it some other way?
its super complicated, i cant really figure out the best math behind all that

#

i also have kastorio btw, dont think it makes a difference tho

fertilizer exists in SE?

You are meant to use vitimalange to generate biosludge by growing samples and converting those into sludge. The entire loop is sludge positive but does eat a lot of vitimalange.

oh, so that actually is a kastorio thing

#

to clarify, i use the fertilizer to make nutrient gel and from there i make fish

I think wood can also be used now to make sludge, not sure as I have not played it recently.

#

But traditionally the sludge is meant to come from processing samples into sludge as the samples cost less sludge to grow than they return.

i will look into that, thanks

I will need to load up se.

ohh

#

you just make it from the biomass

#

i somehow missed that option completely

#

thank you very much

#

btw, is that a mod you are using to display all this?

As you can see, it is a lot more efficient than from fish.

neat

also i can finally be vegan, may the fish be free \o/

I am pretty sure the biomass is not a plant.

shhh

#

is it conscious tho?

You can also get sludge from wood. And wood is a problem due to it being a biproduct of bitimalange processing.

#

The conversion is not very good, but it is one way to void your wood that is not a boiler or burner.
