I don't understand how can I say "Auto-launch with cargo" but also "when output inventory isn't full"

When output is full, it launches anyway and destroys satellite telemetry, which is the purpose of the rocket launch

I guess the custom wiring will do the job.

Yes you have to use circuit wiring. It is the same in vanilla for space science - it doesn’t check automatically if the output is full

Might want to use faster inseters and faster belts. Ideally unloading should happen faster that rocket construction can.

I always connect an inserter to read chest contents and disable all chest slots but one, leave auto launch when cargo is full on but disable the input inserter when the chest is above X amount

Stops the cargo from being filled when you have enough telemetry which I find easier

You are playing SE, this will be the smallest wire build you will need. The others are multiple tens of combinators

Yes, learning circuits is necessary for SE 🙂 This is probably the first place where it really starts to matter, though the solution is simple.

Do the processing on orbit or do you refine on ground?

Generally best to do as much as you can on ground since generally processed materials are more dense per-stack than raw materials.

So probably just need to send barrels of lubricant

It is still a good idea to build out Nauvis orbit. As you will need a lot of area for all the space products.
