It works fine in the lower iron area. but not with this copper area up top.

I've no problems with that now. There was a bug at one time with the Arms. If they passed through anything while holding an Ore, the Ore could never be picked up. But that was fixed.

could be a pooling issue tbh, i've reloaded my save prolly 400 times within the last 3 days.

Yeah tested it just now with 0 mods installed. Seems like it only happens top floor of the mine for some reason..
