ingots should be smeltable into the full ore that made them

i wish to make iron ingots at the source and then use those ingots later somewhere else to make steel and to have the iron ingot count as if six ore went into the furnace.

thats already how it works, but it is very inefficient... since it only counts any 1 item going into the furnace as 1 tick on the screen
