Hi, thanks for logs im gonna check it right away
OK, on the end of the log there is visible most of the kernel DLL systems are shutted down
that may be cause of issue with GPU driver, GPU hardware, RAM memory or some other issue with Windows system
What i can recommend, try to turn off SSAO, Shadows and even Vsync before trying to make lobby
And screen post FX turn off too
if you will be able to make lobby and play without crash, you can try to start to turning on One by one and you will see which one making issue

Ok Down you have search bar
Type there Windows Defender firewall
It will open you window and on a left side you have add an application exception or something like that
it will open you another window and scroll down. Yapyap.exe will be there, then check if both options are marked

in the general, there is lunch option, so please put this there
-novsync -ResX=1920 -ResY=1080 -sg.ShadowQuality=0 -sg.PostProcessQuality=0
and try to open game
if that one will not help try this one

@rotund kestrel change the rez commands to 720p, so instead of forcing the highest rez, the game gets forced to open in a smaller rez, also try putting inside the -window command so it dosen't force the game to open in fullscreen.
so sm like this:
-windowed -resx=1280 -resy=720 -force-d3d11
idk if i put it to 720p(don't know the rez)
