It counts the amount of discharges in the mon-sun period, it resets every week.

Okay, because I have more redundancies than a few people on the leaderboard, but I'm not on it, and I'm wondering why.

The discharges on the board add up to thousands a week, so you may not get on there.
Your all time discharges do not count on the weekly board.
