We know coffee dehydrates and affects heartrate. Therefore I don't think patients that come in with dehydration issues and/or chest pains be given coffee.

I haven't actually tried ignoring a patient's needs before so I apologize if this is already a feature!

Also not good if they have a stomachache as it is known to cause stomachaches
