XP disappeared

i had over 100 patients and it reset down to 0? i was a staff nurse || and now im a new grad this started last night for me and i had 1000 coins on there too and now its gone and my keycard has also reset.

We are aware of this bug and so are the developers. We are pretty sure it’s an issue with Roblox data, we don’t yet know if your points will be able to be restored without proof.

i dont know if this is enough of proof but i have played a bit since the bug but i sadly dont have any pictures of my account with 100 patients

Unfortunately, without any proof we are unable to provide items as data loss is unrelated to the game systems as it is caused by ROBLOX.

damn you need proof of the things that literally go to player data code

if it would be completely erased from the data then yes there's nothing to do but as we see that she can join the game and play it normally tells us that it's not erased it's bugged so that the game data check system doesn't get the info of the players level and the role name they should and for the money!

where do you need players provide proof of literall thing that is found from player data code?

You should be able to still play it normally whether it is a data loss or not. We don't have access to the player data code nor gain information of the player's level and the role they have.

Keep in consideration that our developer isn't always able to fix these type of situations straight away, they have a life. Like ColdTea has said we can't do much about it without proof.

Hi, as mentioned in #﹕updates message the current data loss is not being caused by the game and is a result of ROBLOX.

If you require any further support please make a ticket.

i've added a fail-safe that continuously attempts to fetch your data whenever it fails
with this change your data should never be reset regardless of roblox data services going down, however, you'd be unable to play until your data loads

^ this will reflect in the next update
