If on PC go to a NPC click claim patient, then escort, guide them to a bed with clean linins if there are none go to the linin cupboard behind the coffee machine and apply them to the bed. Then press on them to see their ailments and treat them by matching what is said. Like Drylex for cough, etc. Then go to the medince counter and click each ne needed. If needs saline/blood/anti biotics go to the last room near number 7.
