The game is unplayable, everytime i play theres gonna be a patient that I won't be able to discharge, or escort cuz it says its not my patient even tho it is. Also most of the times that I join the game my rank resets.

The rank resetting is just a visual glitch, you still have your rank. The game is still in beta which is why these things are happening. Our developers are working on fixing it!
