I don’t have anything to show as a proof as I’m too sick to hop on right now but my friends and I had an issue where we’d tick all boxes (needs were done, symptoms taken care of and diagnosed) but the game refused to give us the discharge option and wouldn’t recognise that we had diagnosed and would instead hide song diagnoses, make some appear, potentially freeze or disappear, making it impossible to move on to the next patient unless you leave game and come back, it was a common occurrence too, like 1 in every 2-3 patients
for me and my friends tho this mostly happened with 1000+ml of IV was involved, likely not an important factor but it there almost every IV patient and not with other medicines needed
