Because this is a massive modpack, I plan on closing it whenever I’m not playing to keep my fans from wearing out too early. The only real problem with this is the amount of time it takes to launch the modpack. I’m assuming that removing mods will speed up the time since they don’t have to check those settings. I’ve already removed REI, and I might remove Odin since I don’t use any of its functions, and Modern Warp Menu because I open the warp menu once every 4-5 business weeks (though I do love the way it looks)
A list of questions shall follow:
The only part of Bazaar Utils I’m using is “show order limit”; can another mod replicate that?
If I’m not using any shaders, can I remove Iris?
What resource packs use PackCore?
And are there any cosmetic mods in the pack that are particularly known for taking up a lot of RAM/CPU?

For Bazaar Utils, I don't think there's another mod that replicates it.
You can remove Iris, but it won't help much.
PackCore is there for the custom main menu and handles the default configs.
Cosmetic mods are extremely lightweight and don't really affect performance.
Mods that have a significant effect on launch time are the big ones like SkyHanni and SkyBlocker.
What is your current launch speed? Normally it shouldn't take more than 20–40 seconds depending on your system.
If you want better launch speed you can change to Java 25 this will improve it quite a bit.

Launching seemed longer than that, but time can be dilated when you’re waiting for your game so I’ll time it next time.
