Inventory glitch

when I open my inventory i i get what ever is going on in the photo restarting the game once or twice fixes it it does work in the lobby but not in skyblock, id guess it is a config problem with a mod but i wont have a clue where to start

thanks it acttuly went away after a bit but i figured out what it is its the mod were you look up items not enough items
