I've been having these micro stutters every minute or two since the latest modpack update, can you tell anything from this clip?

Increasing ram allocation to 8gb didn't help

Try reinstalling. This happens very rarely for some people, I don't know why or how to fix it.

How do I save my configs/mod settings? or would that just defy the purpose of the reinstall

I would reinstall first, then check if it works, then copy over the config folder.
