like one day it did and the other one it just stopped
no updates no nothing
same thing happened with the skill progress one day i had the skyhanni one and the other this blue one just appeared

Hey, I tested and it works fine for me; your config may be broken somehow. You can try reinstalling or just delete the skyhanni config.
What resolution do you use? I have updated the config file for SkyHanni that I know works, if you are interested.

Yes, from the configuration menu, open it with /packcore configmanager or from the main menu.
But I have new updated config that are better, the current ones are not working on the newest version of firmament.
