The update changed a lot of things for me, the default browser whenever i hit the keybind super+shift+b opens chromium now, i have changed it to helium-browser in the conf files, and it was completely fine before the update.
terminal text effect module not found is also an error I'm facing. I'm not sure how to fix.
lot of the defaults changed but their settings and configs are still the same, so I dont even know how to fix.

I had already set my defaults, which I learnt from the manual, the update changed them, but the settings are still in place

If configs changed when you restarted, then you didn't change the right conf files. So per the manual, you need to determine what conf files you are supposed to change to have your personalizations persist
