#Installer fails due to 404 errors from stable-mirror.omarchy.org

Omarchy installation fails even on a clean Arch system.

pacman cannot retrieve pinned packages (e.g. qt6-webengine, signal-desktop)
from stable-mirror.omarchy.org, returning 404 errors.

Looks like the Omarchy mirror is out of sync or references removed package versions.
