Reworked "Last-Horizon"
I’ve reworked the entire theme , as I wasn’t really happy with the colors and the overall feeling they created during actual use.

The old version is still available on the main branch in case anyone is interested.

A neovim.lua update is coming next — I’m almost happy with it, but I’ll call it a day for now.
