#WiFi is connected but not working

Installed onto Beelink SER9 Pro, ISO v3.0.0 or later (probably v3.0.2, not sure)

I have connected to a different WiFi router successfully, and even used this WiFi somewhat successfully (cut out for 1 hour of an 8 hour workday), but it's not working anymore. WiFi works perfectly well on all other devices, so not the router's fault.

WiFi panel shows the network is connected, and Signal is 100%.
ip route show has the default set correctly (default via 192.168.68.1 dev wlan0 … )
ip addr under wlan0 shows inet 192.168.68.78/22

However,
ping -I wlan0 192.168.68.1 I cut short but the stats were: 800 packets transmitted, 19 received, +70 errors, 97.625% packet loss. So it seems it's maybe working a little bit?
ping google.com says Temporary failure in name resolution
No websites load, all show loading and say "This site can't be reached, server IP address could not be found" or similar

I'm a very new developer, no idea what I'm doing, and no more ideas from Claude/ChatGPT/me. Any help would be appreciated!
